How Do I Transfer Money Into a Different Account?

 Transfer Money between Your Internal Accounts

1. Log into online banking or the Tru2Go mobile app.
2. Within online banking, select Transfer from the top of the Accounts page. In the Tru2Go mobile app, select Make a Transfer from the bottom navigation menu.
3. Select the From and To accounts, enter the amount you would like to transfer, as well as the desired transfer date (if necessary).
4. Select Make transfer or Transfer, if in the mobile app.
5. Verify that your transfer details are correct, then select Confirm.
6. Once you have confirmed, we will let you know your transfer is complete.

External Accounts Funds Transfer

1. Log into Online Banking or the Tru2Go mobile app.
2. Within online banking, select Move Money from the main navigation, then Make an External Transfer. In the Tru2Go mobile app, select More from the bottom navigation menu, then Make an External Transfer under Move Money.
3. Follow the quick registration process for first-time access.
4. To add an external account from another financial institution, click Add a New Account and select account type.
5. Name the account, then enter the routing number and account number as indicated. Click Next.
6. Verify account ownership. You’ll receive an Account Activated message when complete. Click Done to begin transferring funds to or from this account.
7. Select the From and To accounts, enter the amount you would like to transfer, the transfer date, as well as the frequency (if necessary).
8. Select Review, and once you verify that your transfer details are correct, select Confirm.
9. Once you have confirmed, we will let you know your transfer is complete.

How Do I Transfer Money to Another Member?

You can make a transfer to another Truliant member using Make a Transfer within Online Banking or the Tru2Go app. You need to fill out the cross-member transfer request in Online Banking under Additional Services, then Forms.

What Is the Most I Can Transfer Using Payment Center?

Outbound transfer limits are $2,500 per day and $6,000 per month ($3 fee per transfer).
Inbound transfer limits are $6,000 per day and $15,000 per month.
