Updating Your Bank by Phone PIN to 6-Digits
What’s changing and who's affected?
Effective March 4, 2026, all members will now need a 6-digit PIN to authenticate when using our Bank by Phone or automated phone system. If your current PIN is fewer than 6 digits, you will be prompted to update it the next time you call us.
If you already have a 6-digit PIN, it is valid and doesn't need to be updated.
Why is it changing?
To improve security and provide stronger protection against unauthorized access.
Important to know
- This PIN is only used for phone verification
- It is not your debit or ATM PIN
- This change does not affect your debit card, ATM access, or purchases
Requirements for the new 6-digit PIN
- The PIN must be exactly 6-digits
- The PIN cannot be sequential numbers (ex: 123456 or 654321)
