Truliant Federal Credit Union’s Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

By entering this giveaway (“Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by Truliant Federal Credit Union’s Ticket Giveaway Official Rules (“Rules”) and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. Truliant Federal Credit Union reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. By entering the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you (i) meet the eligibility requirements; (ii) have complied with, and will continue to comply with all the rules and regulations, terms, and conditions set forth in these Rules; (iii) have not perpetrated and will not perpetrate any fraud or deception in connection with the Giveaway; and (iv) have not sought to influence the outcome other than by participating as expressly permitted in these Rules. You also agree to accept all decisions of Truliant Federal Credit Union as final and binding as they relate to this Giveaway.

Eligibility:

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Truliant Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers, and their spouses are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS GIVEAWAY.

Individuals who win tickets in any round or entry period of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate in or win prizes for any remaining Giveaway dates during the Giveaway period.

Giveaway Entry Period:

The Giveaway prize is tickets to the four concerts listed in the table below (each a “Concert”). The Giveaway related to each Concert begins at the date and time of the first promotional post on Facebook and Instagram related to the Concert and ends on the Giveaway End Date for the Concert. During the Giveaway period for a Concert, Truliant Federal Credit Union will publish one or more Giveaway posts for that Concert. Each Giveaway Concert post is open for a certain amount of time. Participants will have that set amount of time described in the caption of the post to submit an entry on that specific Giveaway Concert post. Entries submitted after that specific time period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

Eligible entrants can enter by completing the below requirements or what is specified in the social post caption.

1) Like the Giveaway post
2) Follow Truliant Federal Credit Union on either Facebook or Instagram
3) Tag a friend in the comments

Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Rules or specifications will be disqualified at Truliant Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion. Entrants represent that any content they submit does not infringe on any third-party rights.

To enter via U.S. Mail, on a 3” x 5” postcard, hand print your name, street address, city, state, zip code, area code and telephone number, and email address and mail to: Truliant Federal Credit Union, Truliant Amphitheater Concert Ticket Giveaway, 3200 Truliant Way, Winston Salem, NC. Limit one entry per person via mail during the Giveaway period. Mail-in entries must be received by the applicable Giveaway End Date. Because United States Postal Service postmarks may reflect processing dates rather than mailing dates, postmarks will not be used to determine timeliness of entries. Entries received after the deadline will be ineligible, regardless of mailing date.

All mail entries become Truliant’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Truliant is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected or postage due entries.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway post, regardless of method of entry.

Prizes:

Total Four (4) winners will be selected. One winner for each of the four Concerts will receive a set number of reserved tickets for the specific Giveaway post which will be noted in the caption of the post and reflected in the table in Section 3. Concerts will take place at Truliant Amphitheater in Charlotte, NC. The winner is responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including any local, state, or federal taxes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Truliant Federal Credit Union to use the winner’s likeness, entry, and name for advertising and trade without further compensations unless prohibited by law.

Ticket Terms:

Selection of Concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel, and accommodations are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests. Ticket delivery method will be via Will Call on the day of the Concert under the winner’s legal name. The winner must be present to pick up the tickets and a valid photo ID will be required. The winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all venue and event policies, including but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at the venue for age verifications and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prizes from any winner or winner’s guests who it/and or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. The winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces, that these risks may be present before, during, and after the Concert, and assumes these risks. Resale or transfer of any prize element is prohibited. By claiming ticket, you agree to Live Nation’s Term of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your Concert. Should the Concert be canceled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possibly via the Concert venue’s communication methods.

Selection and Notification of Winner:

At the Giveaway End Date for each Concert, one winner will be selected via random drawing conducted under the supervision of Truliant Federal Credit Union. Truliant Federal Credit Union will notify the winner via public comment and via a direct Facebook private message or Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the tickets. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours to claim the tickets, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

As a reminder, Truliant Federal Credit Union will never ask for account information or a taxpayer identification number for purposes of this Giveaway. Truliant Federal Credit Union is not responsible for, nor shall have no liability for, winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall Truliant Federal Credit Union be liable for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information. If the winner 1) fails to claim the prize by not responding to our message within 24 hours from the time the award notification was sent by indicating and confirming their name and email, 2) is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the winner is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winner violates any of these Rules, the winner at Truliant Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion will be disqualified, and all privileges as winners will be immediately terminated.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering this Giveaway, you understand an agree that Truliant Federal Credit Union, or anyone acting on its behalf, shall have the right to use your submission, name, photo, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Terms and Conditions:

Truliant Federal Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway in case of non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Truliant Federal Credit Union’s control. Truliant Federal Credit Union has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway and void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user, or the use of bots or other automated processes.

Limitations of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Truliant Federal Credit Union, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

Disputes:

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be litigated solely and exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. You further agree that any claims you may bring arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
