Mulcahy Named Eastern Regional Director of Member Financial Centers

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (December 20, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Lis Mulcahy to the role of Regional Director for its Eastern Region of Member Financial Centers.

As Truliant continues its North Carolina expansion, the credit union’s branch network now has three regions: Eastern, Central, and Southern. Mulcahy will be responsible for leading and supervising Guilford, Alamance and Randolph county locations in North Carolina in addition to Truliant’s Virginia locations. 
 
She reports to Chris Murray, vice president, member experience. 
 
“Lis’ accomplishments in branch administration will be invaluable to providing Truliant members with the best experience possible,” Murray said. “Lis is driven to see her teams succeed in reaching their goals and has already made a big impact at our credit union.” 

This year, Mulcahy was named Digital Channel Manager, responsible for leading Truliant’s Digital Experience team, encompassing identification and implementation of solutions to meet member needs in the digital space.

Prior to joining Truliant, Mulcahy was retail branch administrator for Newburyport Bank in Massachusetts. She oversaw the financial institution’s retail network in sales, service and operations. 

She brings extensive experience in retail channel management, having grown loans and deposits, developed teams through targeted training and coaching, and implemented new offerings such as online account opening, in prior professional roles. 
 
Mulcahy held several retail-banking management positions in both credit union and community bank environments. Acting as a leadership voice between retail and digital channels, she has worked across corporate boundaries to help organize numerous initiatives.
