Truliant Names Cline Product Manager
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (January 9, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union (Truliant) has promoted Jeremy Cline to the role of Product Manager.
Cline was named to the newly created role in Truliant’s Marketing Department. He will lead the credit union’s Insights and Analytics team in maintaining, enhancing, and aligning Truliant’s product portfolio with the diverse financial needs of its members.
He will also be responsible for combining member-owner feedback, product usage, secondary research, and industry knowledge for the continued development of product offerings.
Cline will report to Truliant’s Chief Marketing Officer Karen DeSalvo.

During his career, Cline has held a number of roles and grown expertise in many disciplines. He joined Truliant in 2006 as a Member Services Representative. After obtaining multiple insurance and investment licenses, Cline assumed the role of Member Services Investment Specialist, in which he provided tailored financial guidance for Truliant members.
In 2012, Cline transitioned to Truliant’s Credit Administration Department, growing a skills base that includes consumer and small commercial credit analysis, strategic risk analysis, operational process enhancement, and service delivery improvement. He has also held several other positions, including Consumer Underwriter, Risk Management Analyst, and Supervisor of Consumer Underwriting.
Most recently, he served as Consumer Underwriting Manager for Truliant.
Cline is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Accounting and Finance.
