Truliant Names Dragt Director of Deposit Administration

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (April 19, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Kim Dragt to the role of Director of Deposit Administration.

In the newly created role, Dragt will lead the credit union’s Deposit Administration department, which provides support to Truliant’s frontline staff, supports back-office processes for digital channels including remote deposit capture, ATM deposits and online account opening, administers all deposits, and is a project resource for the credit union.

She reports to Rik Kielbasa, Chief Digital Officer. Under her leadership, Dragt has managed or played an integral role in many large credit union projects impacting payments, processes, deposits, and more.

“Kim has worked tirelessly across departmental boundaries to implement large projects with a far reaching impact on our membership,” Kielbasa said. “She has earned this opportunity by seeking ways to strengthen the experience we provide to our staff and members, diligently living Truliant’s mission, and through her excellent ability to work with stakeholders across the organization.”

Dragt joined Truliant in 1999 as a Member Service Representative in its Frontis Plaza location. Within a few months, she became a deposit agent at the Member Contact Center. In 2001, she was promoted to the position of Member Contact Center team manager.

Due to her strong leadership skills, Dragt was promoted in 2011 to become the first Senior TruService Manager in the Member Contact Center. In 2013 she was selected to lead the Member Channel Support Department.

Over the past three years, the Member Channel Support Department has evolved from providing support to frontline staff, to supporting digital channels and all things related to deposit accounts. In recognition of the increased scope, the name of the department has changed from Member Channel Support to Deposit Administration.

Dragt currently resides in Winston-Salem with her husband David and their four children.
