Truliant Names Kroustalis Digital Marketing Director

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (May 1, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Gus Kroustalis to the newly created role of Digital Marketing Director.
 
As Digital Marketing Director, Kroustalis will develop, plan, implement and report on integrated digital and social marketing strategies across all digital platforms including the Truliant website, email campaigns, digital advertising, social media, online and mobile banking, and ecommerce initiatives. Truliant’s goal is to better meet members’ digital experience needs.

Most recently, Kroustalis worked as Digital Marketing Strategist for Beacon Technologies. Serving as a lead strategist for large accounts, he directed many analytics tracking implementations, with a major focus in lead generation.
 
Earlier, at New River Innovation, Kroustalis managed marketing, creating and executing comprehensive paid search and radio campaigns and authored underlying data tracking and reporting on users’ online experience. He also served as Marketing Manager for Effectur where he directed marketing analytics.
 
A talented speaker, Kroustalis has presented on topics of website design and the mobile user experience at marketing conferences. As Adjunct Professor of Digital Analytics at Wake Forest University, he spearheaded a successful digital analytics curriculum for the Masters in Business Analytics graduate program.  
 
A graduate of Elon University, he received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership.
