Truliant Names Mulcahy Digital Channel Manager

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (May 21, 2018) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has named Lis Mulcahy to the newly created role of Digital Channel Manager.

In this role, Mulcahy will be responsible for leading Truliant’s Digital Experience team. The team will identify and implement solutions to members’ needs in the digital space, then execute Truliant’s strategy within the Digital Banking Channel.

She reports to Jeff Hibbard, vice president, digital innovation.

“Lis’ passion for finding ways to blend retail with digital solutions made this opportunity a perfect fit for her unique background and skills,” Hibbard said.

Mulcahy brings extensive experience in retail channel management, having grown loans and deposits, developed teams through targeted training and coaching, and implemented new offerings such as online account opening, in prior professional roles.

She was most recently retail branch administrator for Newburyport Bank in Massachusetts. She oversaw the financial institution’s retail network in sales, service and operations.

Previously, Mulcahy held several retail-banking management positions in both credit-union and community-bank environments. Acting as a leadership voice between retail and digital channels, she has worked across corporate boundaries to help organize numerous initiatives. Her ideas have challenged the status quo to improve banking experiences for consumers and small businesses.

Mulcahy resides in Winston-Salem with her husband.
