Truliant Opens Battleground Avenue Branch in Greensboro

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (June 27, 2019) – Truliant Federal Credit Union announced today that it has opened its fourth location in Greensboro, N.C. at 2504 Battleground Ave – and its fifth location in Guilford County.

Led by Milli Herring, the branch is located at 2504 Battleground Avenue, across from Jimmy Johns on Battleground Avenue.

The new location provides member-owners with the latest in financial products and services while maintaining a focus on the personal attention and convenience Truliant is known for by its members. The new location gives Truliant a total of 33 locations. It follows the recent opening of Truliant’s New Garden location in Greensboro, and a second location in Asheboro last year.

An open floor plan and teller pods remove barriers that allow for a more consultative approach to member interaction.  This unique design concept focuses on modernization, service and member experience. The branch embraces Truliant’s culture of improving the lives of its members.

It also provides member-owners with the latest in financial products and services while maintaining a focus on personal attention and convenience. It features an interactive kiosk terminal, which allows members to watch member testimonials, learn about Truliant’s history, find information about promotions, tutorials and more.

Truliant plans to open the Triad Commercial Lending Office, 600 Green Valley Road in Greensboro later this year. As a part of this development, the W. Friendly Avenue branch will move to the commercial lending office. The 4,330-square-foot office space is located just off Wendover Avenue at Friendly Shopping Center on the corner of Friendly Avenue and Green Valley Road, on the first floor of a three-story office building facing Wendover Avenue.

The new Battleground Member Financial Center is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
