New Truliant Website Showcases Commitment to Better Serving Members
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (September 23, 2020) — Truliant Federal Credit Union has launched an updated website to improve self-service capability and provide the best content to help member-owners access information designed to improve their financial lives.
Featuring a mobile-first design approach, state-of-the-art functionality, improved navigation and engaging content, the new website is poised to support the credit union’s focus on providing financial guidance and improving its members’ lives well into the future. The website was developed in partnership with BlueModus, Inc., a Denver-based premier marketing technology agency using the Kentico platform. The site is located at Truliant.org.
“Truliant’s new website is an extension of our member-first philosophy in action. It fully displays our commitment to creating impactful outcomes by showcasing a robust, growing lineup of financial services and our own useful expertise,” said Todd Hall, President and CEO of Truliant. “This forward-thinking redesign will create more opportunities for us to engage visitors through intuitive tools and educational information they can interact with – where and when they need it.”
Truliant officials credit a true collaboration between members, leadership, marketing, stakeholders and frontline workers, in creating the new brand representation. Extensive collaboration, creativity, and technical expertise were poured into the new website. BlueModus and Truliant collaborated closely at every step.
“We consider this an important step in Truliant’s digital transformation and are already building follow up enhancements to roll out in the future. We’re excited for our members to begin reaping the benefits of this updated platform,” said Rik Kielbasa, Chief Digital Officer.
Kielbasa noted continuous member feedback being invaluable during the process. “Truliant did extensive interviews with our members at multiple points during the redesign project. It was important to hear directly from them what an enhanced digital experience would look like and get their validation as the project neared completion,” he said.
With its modern and clean look, improvements to key product information, and a brand new learning center, the user-friendly site makes it easier than ever for members to navigate information to improve their financial lives.
“This website has the right amount of innovation to move visitors on a path that meets their needs and keeps them coming back,” Kielbasa said. “Especially during this time, we know consumers are engaging more online. We’ve seen a significant lift in digital engagement. We started this project well before the pandemic, but we know that direct-to-consumer digital platforms carry more weight now in allowing members to accomplish what they want.”
