Jackson Joins Truliant as Vice President of Enterprise Business Solutions

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (October 23, 2023) – Truliant Federal Credit Union announced today that it has hired Ben Jackson to the newly created role of vice president of IT enterprise business solutions.

Jackson joins Truliant’s senior management team. He will be responsible for directing IT business solutions at Truliant, including development and implementation of new IT systems, as well as managing cybersecurity risks. Jackson will work closely with other leaders to ensure IT strategy is aligned with Truliant’s overall business goals. He reports to Laura Dezarn, chief information officer.

He is an experienced leader with a long history of making sure IT systems are secure and efficient,” said Truliant’s Dezarn. “We stand to benefit from his experience and look forward to his work finding solutions that best serve the growing needs of our members.”

Jackson has more than 22 years of experience in IT with several different companies. His last job was with Ahold Delhaize in Charlotte, where he was the director of enterprise architecture.

Jackson has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro.
