Truliant Names Six to Newly Formed Charlotte Advisory Board
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (July 27, 2022) – Truliant Federal Credit Union announced today that it has selected six Charlotte business leaders to form its new Charlotte Advisory Board.
The advisory board was established to provide support, local market knowledge and industry insights to Truliant’s commercial lending group. The board’s goal will be to enhance Truliant’s operations and offer business perspectives about the Charlotte region.
“We recognize the importance of gathering insight from experienced and influential business leaders whose strong relationships and deep understanding of the Charlotte region will add to our commercial lending efforts here,” said Anderson Langford, Chief Operations Officer at Truliant. “Our vision is to gain from their expertise and to build on our momentum as a stand out lender in the business community.”
The six business leaders who will form Truliant’s Charlotte Advisory Board are:
Lat H. Purser is president of Lat Purser & Associates, Inc. The company specializes in property management, development and leasing. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Rodney Faulkner is a principal at Boundary Street Advisors. The company is a full-service commercial real estate firm. Faulkner is a Charlotte native and a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Ransome Foose is an investment banking professional with Berkeley Capital Advisors, which specializes in the sale of single tenant, net leased properties. Foose is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Charlotte Leadership Forum.
Irene Vogelsong, IIDA is an associate principal and corporate interior practice lead for the N.C. practice of global design firm Perkins & Will. She creates environments that emphasize wellness and connectivity while reflecting the diverse life and work styles that support diverse communities.
Keely Edwards is an experienced client relationship manager and is responsible for business development at Ratzlaff Construction LLC. The company is a full-service general contractor specializing in medical, retail, office, restaurant and industrial.
Sokoni Scott is the managing partner at Lincoln James Capital. The company is a commercial mortgage banking and capital advisory firm. Scott is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

The six members of the Charlotte Advisory Board participated in a two-day orientation retreat. They were introduced to Truliant’s business units, its mission statement and the corporate ideals that provide the service framework for its 293,000+ member-owners.
The Charlotte Advisory Board will meet quarterly.
