Truliant Recognized with GEN Impact Award

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (November 17, 2025) – Truliant Federal Credit Union’s Inclusion and Belonging Team was recently recognized as a winner of the 2025 GEN IMPACT Award in the Culture of Inclusion category.
The awards – now in their fifth year – honor organizations that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to inclusive workplace cultures. They are given by the Global ERG Network and recognize employee resource groups (ERGs), councils, and their executive sponsors for their workplace impacts through a framework called IMPACT—standing for Innovate, Measure, Progress, Activate, Collaborate, and Transform.
The framework focuses on implementing new ideas and creating positive outcomes.
“Truliant is proud to be recognized nationally for our intentional efforts to foster a culture where every employee feels supported and a sense of belonging,” said Precious Quire-McCloud, senior vice president of inclusion and belonging. “By prioritizing well-being and encouraging the sharing of diverse perspectives, we continue to build stronger connections, enrich our workplace culture, and expand our positive impact across the organization and the communities we serve.”
Truliant was awarded second place in the Employee Resource Group category for dedication to empowering Hispanic, Latino, and immigrant communities through a range of inclusive services and initiatives. The award was presented at the Global ERG Network Conference in Tucson, Ariz. earlier this month.
In 2023, Truliant launched the Hispanic/Latino and Allies Business Resource Group (BRG). It is one of six employee-led voluntary BRGs at the credit union dedicated to professional development, business impact, and community service, while also advocating for member needs. Membership is open to all employees without exclusions.
The Global ERG Network equips organizations with the strategy, infrastructure, and peer-informed insight needed to scale the impact of ERGs and Councils.
