Truliant's Kielbasa to Speak at ACUSO Annual Meeting

Winston-Salem, N.C. (November 19, 2013) – Rik Kielbasa, Truliant’s Senior Vice President of Member Experience, will be a featured speaker at the Association of Credit Union Senior Officers’ (ACUSO) 26th Annual Meeting on November 21 in Burlington, MA. Kielbasa will join several industry professionals on a panel to discuss the future of service delivery channels.
“Improving the lives of our member-owners means recognizing evolved member needs and expectations, then shifting delivery strategies to accommodate,” said Kielbasa. “I’m honored to share our mission-focused strategies that puts our member-owners first and to gather valuable insights from other great organizations.”
After an overview of the evolution of Member Financial Centers, online and mobile delivery channels, Kielbasa will join Carey Price of Illinois’ Baxter Credit Union and Mary O’Rourke of Randolph-Brooks Credit Union in Texas to discuss the vision behind their respective credit unions’ delivery strategies in an effort to define best practices moving forward. The panel will be moderated by David Albertazzi from Boston’s Aite Group.
