Winston-Salem, N.C. (Dec.12, 2014) – Truliant Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Precious McCloud has joined the faculty of Consero’s 2014 Contact Center Forum.

Consero organizes conference events catered to specific industries and brings together thought leaders for collaborative learning and networking. McCloud is currently Director of Member Experience at Truliant Federal Credit Union, a $1.6 billion credit union that provides affordable financial services to more than 180,000 members. She is responsible for delivery of strategic member management and experience focused on the contact center channel.

McCloud was sought for the forum for her more than15 years of multi-site and multi-national contact center management experience with specialized skills in process improvement, strategic planning, employee engagement and business process outsourcing.

She is known for her highly synergistic leadership style and ability to build strong teams while creating operational efficiencies with a high degree of success.

Prior to joining Truliant, she was responsible for the national call center operations with GMAC Insurance. She also had oversight responsibility for vendor management and the company’s business process outsourcing strategy in Metro Manilla, Philippines.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, McCloud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications and in 2002 earned a Master of Business Administration from High Point University.
