Todd Hall

Todd Hall
President/CEO

Experience

Todd Hall was named President/CEO of Truliant in January 2020. Mr. Hall joined the organization in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of financial management experience.

As President/CEO, Mr. Hall, in partnership with Truliant’s Board of Directors, is responsible for strategic leadership of the credit union with the purpose of improving members’ lives.

Mr. Hall’s focus has been keenly member-centric, with initiatives committed to expanding convenience throughout all interactions with the credit union. Since 2012, Hall has helped Truliant grow to over 250,000 members, nearly $2.7 billion in assets, and 30+ Member Financial Centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Education

Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from the executive program at Wake Forest University.

David D'Annunzio

David D'Annunzio
Chief Financial Officer

Experience

David D’Annunzio joined Truliant Federal Credit Union in 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of accounting and financial management experience. He provides senior leadership to finance, accounting and purchasing areas of the credit union. He is a former chief financial officer with South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union and Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union in South Carolina. He has remained active in committees with the Credit Union National Association, and has served in several roles with local and state credit union league chapters. 

Education

Mr. D’Annunzio attended the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting and Spanish, Business Appraiser certification with the Institute of Business Appraisers, and is a designated Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.

Rik Kielbasa

Rik Kielbasa
Chief Digital Officer

Experience

Rik Kielbasa has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in the financial services industry.  He joined Truliant in March 2008 as its Vice President of the Member Contact Center.  Mr. Kielbasa was promoted to Senior Vice President, Member Experience in 2013, and became Chief Digital Officer in 2017.  Mr. Kielbasa leads a wide array of Truliant’s member experience touchpoints including; Member Contact Center, Collections, Deposit Administration, Payments, and ATMs.  He is responsible for developing and leading Truliant’s Digital Experience strategies and creating and directing its innovation team.

Education

Mr. Kielbasa received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Elon University.

C. Anderson Langford

C. Anderson Langford
Chief Operations Officer

Experience

Mr. Langford joined Truliant in 2018 as Chief Operations Officer. Throughout his career, he has served in many senior and executive roles at financial institutions, providing a wealth of financial and operational management experience.

His major focus areas include risk management, talent acquisition and development, process improvement, and mortgage and commercial lending. Mr. Langford has led lending divisions and branch networks, established a wholly-owned subsidiary, and held branch and regional management positions.

He is responsible for Truliant’s Member Financial Center network, consumer and business lending teams, and the Truliant Financial Advisors team.

Education

Mr. Langford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.

Sherri Thomas
Chief Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer

Experience

Sherri Thomas joined Truliant in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience managing operations and human resources at large and mid-size institutions.

Ms. Thomas provides senior leadership for employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and organizational development, which includes employee training and skill development. Her role encompasses responsibility for community affairs, community engagement and outreach, state and local government affairs, and Truliant At Work – the credit union’s B2B workplace benefits program.

Education

Ms. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Elon University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation, the highest professional certification within the human resource field.

Sandeep Uthra

Sandeep Uthra
Chief Information Officer

Experience

Sandeep Uthra has over 20 years of experience developing and executing information technology (IT) strategies, including serving in executive roles in the financial services space.  A native of New Delhi, India, Mr. Uthra has served in global IT leadership roles in product, consulting and financial corporations in Asia, Africa and the United States.  Most notably, Mr. Uthra was Senior Vice President, Business Solutions Technology Executive at Bank of America.

His background includes member and business-centric technology strategies and implementation, strategic architecture, application managed services, business intelligence and analytics, change management, business process re-engineering, risk management, technology merger and acquisition, outsourcing and vendor management, among others.

He leads Truliant’s Enterprise Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Systems Operations, Technology Support Services, Infrastructure Services, Information Security, and Telecommunications teams.

Education

Mr. Uthra holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Queens University, McColl School of Business and is a graduate of Amravati University, with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree.  Mr. Uthra is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional.
