James T. Flythe, Chairman
Jimmy Flythe Jr. has been a Truliant Board Member since 2011. He has been employed by Duke Energy since 1985 and is currently the Director of Government and Community Relations for the West Region of North Carolina. He joined the Credit Union Board to help member-owners improve their finances.
Gregory W. Thrush, Vice Chairman
Gregory Thrush has been a Truliant Board Member since 1994. He was employed by The Timken Company for 37 years in the position of Manager, Transactional Services. Mr. Thrush joined the board of directors to support the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” Truliant is committed to helping our member-owners meet their long-term financial needs and goals with competitive financial services.
Joseph C. Myers, Treasurer
Joseph Myers has been a Truliant Board Member since 2009. He was employed by The Timken Company for 38 years in various positions including Director Accounting and Corporate Controller and Director – Corporate Shared Services. Mr. Myers joined the Credit Union Board to ensure our members enjoy excellent financial services in a fiscally responsible environment.
Troy M. Brim Jr., Secretary
Troy Brim has been a Truliant Board Member since 2010. He was previously Vice President of Texfi Industries, President of Pinehurst Furniture Company and is recently retired from Pella Window and Door Company where he was President. Mr. Brim joined the Credit Union Board to help member-owners meet their financial needs and goals by continuing to offer excellent products and services at Truliant.
Angeline M. Clinton, Director
Angie Clinton has been a Truliant Board Member since 2008. She retired as Senior Vice President Enterprise Operations Services from Duke Energy after 34 years of service. Ms. Clinton joined the Board to serve our current member base, to strengthen and grow our membership and help provide choices enabling members to navigate in a complex economic environment.
Richard D. Crawford, Director
Rick Crawford has been a Truliant Board Member since 2016 and a Credit Union Volunteer since 2013. He retired in 2012 with more than 40 years in the metals industry. Mr. Crawford joined the Credit Union Board to help Truliant's member-owners meet their current and future financial needs.
Martha Logemann, Director
Martha Logemann has been a Truliant Board Member since 2011. She owns a small niche CPA practice providing controller and financial manager services. Ms. Logemann joined the Credit Union Board to give back to the community through helping Truliant’s member-owners achieve their financial goals.
Scott D. Self, Director
Scott Self has been a Truliant Board Member since 2008. He is employed in the Information Technology department of Essent Guaranty Insurance. Mr. Self joined the Credit Union Board to promote the concepts of member-ownership, fiscal responsibility and community involvement.
James M. Wilson Jr., Director
James Wilson has been a Truliant Board Member since 2011 and a Credit Union Volunteer since 2006. He has been employed by Guilford College since 2007 and in July 2014 was appointed Interim Vice President for Finance. Mr. Wilson joined the Credit Union Board to help Truliant’s member-owners receive unbiased financial advice and services.
Barbara A. Demarest, Associate Director
Barbara Demarest has been a Truliant Board Member since 2014. She is an independent strategy consultant working with membership organizations, universities, and foundations. Ms. Demarest joined the Credit Union Board to help promote the idea of member-ownership and the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.”
Steve Dollase, Associate Director
Steve Dollase has been a Truliant Board Member since October, 2017. He currently serves as Managing Partner of PAXMONT Capital. Mr. Dollase joined the Credit Union Board to foster innovation, to help grow and diversify its member-owner base, and to help further Truliant's mission to improve the financial lives of its member-owners.
Gregory T. Johnson, Associate Director
Greg Johnson has been a Truliant Board Member since 2016. He is employed by Orbital Socket, a Creative Marketing Consultancy firm he founded 2 years ago and is in the position of Managing Director. Mr. Johnson joined the Credit Union Board to contribute to the amazing story of how Truliant helps change lives and deeply impacts its communities.
