Emily Averill
Vice President, Enterprise Operational Alignment
Emily Averill joined Truliant in 2003. She is responsible for overseeing the credit union's operational plans and processes to ensure they align with strategic goals to offer members an optimal experience. She is also responsible for processes, policies, and procedures across departments and establishes methods to measure operational performance.
Billy Baker (he/him)
Vice President, Real Estate and Security
Billy Baker joined Truliant in 2024. He is responsible for corporate real estate and construction, security and safety and oversees general services, facilities and maintenance on all campuses.
Tricia Beeker (she/her)
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Tricia Beeker joined Truliant in 2018. She oversees Truliant’s traditional and digital marketing efforts, including advertising, public relations, social media, Truliant’s website, online and mobile banking platforms, and targeted promotional tactics. She leads the development, planning, implementation and reporting of integrated marketing strategies by working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to elevate Truliant’s mission and brand message.
Kenneth Bright (he/him)
Vice President, Culture and Engagement
Kenneth Bright joined Truliant in 2012. He is responsible for constructing engaging employee experiences that directly impact the member experience and foster the credit union’s core values of member focus, service, guidance, and relationships. His role encompasses all aspects of employee learning journeys, leadership development and building employee engagement programs that ensure the successful immersion of employees into Truliant’s workplace culture.
Jerad Broaddus
Vice President, Collections and Credit Underwriting
Jerad Broaddus joined Truliant in 2025. He leads Truliant’s consumer lending program and collections department. He develops collection strategies, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and oversees credit underwriting.
Andrea "Andy" Bunn
Vice President, Branch Network
Andy Bunn joined Truliant in 2024. She leads Truliant’s network of branches. She is responsible for development, optimization and execution of the credit union’s branch strategy, including growth and expansion, and oversight of day-to-day operations.
Jeremy Cline
Senior Vice President, Digital Banking
Jeremy Cline joined Truliant in 2006. He is responsible for driving innovation across digital channels, overseeing member feedback and engagement strategies, member relationship management systems, product strategy and development, and enhancing the overall digital experience to deliver greater value to members.
Casey Cook
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management
Casey Cook joined Truliant in 2024. He is responsible for Truliant’s risk management framework and strategies, including the identification, measurement, monitoring, and management of enterprise risks. He also ensures alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
Beth Eller
Senior Vice President, Mortgage Lending
Beth Eller joined Truliant in 2019. She is responsible for the leadership, performance, growth, administration and strategic direction of residential real estate lending. Beth leads Truliant’s mortgage lending and home equity operations departments. She also manages the development of new services and products that best meet member needs while providing a first-class member experience are the team priority.
Chad Frye (he/him)
President, Truliances
Chad Frye joined Truliant in 1993. He leads Truliances, a Truliant subsidiary which provides financial and operational services to credit unions. His focus areas include acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and service organizations, procurement and contract negotiations, insurance services, title insurance, and development of Truliances.
Don Jackson
Senior Vice President, SBA Lending
Don Jackson joined Truliant in 2020. He is responsible for growing the credit union’s Small Business Administration (SBA) loan portfolio, development of SBA loan objectives, strategic direction, policies and practices and expansion and oversight of the SBA team.
Steve Koelsch
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
Steve Koelsch joined Truliant in 2021. He is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of Truliant’s Business Services. He oversees commercial and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, with Business Service teams in each of Truliant’s three regional offices; Greensboro and Charlotte, N.C. and Greenville, S.C.
Anthony Lloyd
Vice President, IT Infrastructure and Operations
Anthony Lloyd joined Truliant in 2025. He is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that optimize operations, support organizational growth, and advance digital transformation.
Precious McCloud (she/her)
Senior Vice President, Inclusion and Belonging
Precious McCloud joined Truliant in 2013. She is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that advance Truliant’s diversity management capacity and its presence as a financial institution of choice.
Zach Nichols
Vice President, Commercial Market Executive, Triad
Zach Nichols joined Truliant in 2021. He oversees the growth and management of the credit union’s business loan portfolio in the Triad. He is responsible for increasing awareness of the regional business lending program and providing strategic direction to its lending team.
Angela Parham
Vice President, Human Resources
Angela Parham started with Truliant in 2019. She is responsible for employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and talent acquisition. She plays a key role in driving culture through people strategies for organizational success.
Michele Ricchiuto
Vice President, Organizational Development and Training
Michele Ricchiuto joined Truliant in 2025. She leads initiatives that support employee development and promotes a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Ricchiutto also oversees leadership training programs and ensures employee learning solutions improve members' lives.
Stuart Russell
General Counsel
Stuart Russell joined Truliant in 2022. He oversees Truliant’s legal department.
Anthony Sharpe
Vice President, E-Commerce Strategy
Anthony Sharpe joined Truliant in 2025. He oversees digital and marketing automation, leading initiatives that expand e-commerce capabilities, and strengthen digital marketing and member engagement efforts.
Paul Southern
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business Solutions
Paul Southern joined Truliant in 2018. He is responsible for aligning Truliant’s technology solutions with business strategies to support growth and resilience. He oversees business analysis, integration development, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity and provides technical oversight for corporate technology projects.
B.J. Whisler
Vice President, Finance and Treasury
B.J. Whisler joined Truliant in March of 2020. He leads Truliant’s Treasury Department and chairs its asset and liability committee. In addition to managing Truliant’s investment securities portfolio, he provides expertise in market risk evaluations, securities and corporate liquidity and funding, pricing strategy, and capital planning.
Bart Willey
Senior Vice President, Market President, Upstate South Carolina
Bart Willey joined Truliant in 2022. He is responsible for leading Truliant’s Upstate commercial lending team and its regional business office. He is also responsible for developing outreach to businesses across the market.
Judy Wishnek
Senior Vice President, Market President, Charlotte
Judy Wishnek joined Truliant in 2019. She helps set strategic direction for Truliant’s commercial line of business, including enhanced product development. She oversees Truliant’s Charlotte business lending office, its regional business loan portfolio, and commercial real estate investments.
