The Truliant Hardship Team understands that unexpected hardships can arise. We are committed to providing support1 to our members during challenging times. Our services include:

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our hardship assistance, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You have experienced a significant and unforeseen financial challenge.
  • You can provide documentation supporting your hardship request.
  • You agree to work with our team to find a suitable solution.

Hardship Helpful Links

Money Bright is our financial education platform, which includes monthly articles, weekly themes, self-paced online courses to earn certifications, assessments, and calculators. Our financial education officers present the financial wellness webinars—all are Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors.

How to Apply

If you are facing a financial hardship and need assistance, please follow these steps to apply:

Three Step to Follow

  • Gather necessary documents, including income statements and explanations of your situation.
  • Fill out the member assistance form.
  • A representative will contact you within two business days to discuss your application.
