Can I Open a Checking Account Online?
Yes, we offer multiple checking accounts for personal and business so you can find one that best suits your needs.
Do I Need To Go to a Physical Location To Cancel a Check?
To request a stop payment, log into Online Banking or our Tru2Go app and select ‘Stop Payment’ under the ‘Additional Services’ or ‘More’ menu. A canceled check is a check which has cleared the depositor’s account, and therefore marked “canceled” by the depositor’s financial institution. Copies of canceled checks can be used as proof of payment, and are accessible for up to 80 days.
You can get a copy of a cleared check online. Just log in to Online Banking and search for the transaction in your transaction history. When you click on the check number, you should be able to view and print a copy of the cleared check.
Please note: you are able to view the past 7 years’ of transactions within Online Banking via eStatements. If you need to verify a transaction prior to this time frame, please contact a member service representative.
If you are unable to see the check online or you do not use online banking, please contact one of our member service representatives at or visit a Member Financial Center.
How Do I Turn Off Checking Account Alerts?
Login to your Truliant account. Click My Settings. Click Alerts & Notifications. Uncheck the boxes you don't want notifications from.
Is There a Way To Open a New/Additional Checking Account in Online Banking?
You can open an additional checking or savings accounts through multiple methods:
- Within Online Banking Click on any Open an Account button on the website
- Contact a member service representative at 800-822-0382
- Stop by one of our branches.
How Can I See All My Accounts?
You can find all of your accounts by logging into Online Banking or Tru2Go app.
Can I Make a Mobile Deposit on Sunday?
Mobile deposits can be made anytime, on any day of the week, even holidays. Deposits on weekends and holidays may take longer than normal to appear in your account.
