Sandeep Uthra Joins Charlotte CIO Advisory Board
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (April 14, 2020) – Sandeep Uthra, chief information officer of Truliant Federal Credit Union, has been named to the Advisory Board for Charlotte CIO Leadership Network and Awards Chair.
Charlotte CIO is the preeminent executive peer leadership network of chief information officers. Charlotte CIO is one of 17 chapters in the InspireCIO Leadership Network (Inspire CIO), a national leadership network comprised exclusively of CIOs from public and private companies, government, education, healthcare and nonprofit organizations.
Uthra is a 2019 Charlotte CIO of the Year Orbieď Award winner, honoring excellence in technology leadership.

He leads Truliant’s Enterprise Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Systems Operations, Technology Support Services, Infrastructure Services, Information Security, and Telecommunications teams.
Uthra has more than two decades of experience developing and executing IT strategies as a business solution technology executive. Prior to joining Truliant, he served in global IT leadership roles in product, consulting and financial corporations in Asia, Africa and the United States. He also served as senior vice president, business solutions technology, at Bank of America.
He is an Advisory Board Member to the Wake Forest Master of Sciences in Business Analytics and the McColl School, where he also serves in the school’s student mentoring program.
