Truliant Names Dailey Regional Director of Member Financial Centers, Eastern Region
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (May 4, 2020) – Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Kristin Dailey to the role of Regional Director of Member Financial Centers, Eastern Region.
In her new role, Dailey will be responsible for providing supervision and leadership to Truliant Member Financial Centers in the Eastern Region with a goal of improving member lives. Truliant’s eastern region consists of 12 Member Financial Centers located in Guilford, Alamance, Randolph, and Southwest Virginia.
“Kristin has earned this opportunity through her superior performance in various roles and her fierce examples of leadership, diligence, and development of talent,” said Kim Alderman, Vice President of Member Experience. “Her knowledge of Truliant’s mission in practice and how it works to improve our members’ lives will be a major asset for our credit union in this region.”
Dailey began her Truliant career in 2006 as a part-time Member Service Representative at the High Point Member Financial Center. Three years later, in 2009, she became part of the Member Contact Center Lending and Member Assist team.
Dailey was promoted to Member Contact Manger in 2011. In 2014, she became branch manager of the downtown Winston-Salem Member Financial Center and branch manager of the High Point Member Financial Center in 2015.
Dailey is a graduate of the 2018 Leadership High Point Class, and also volunteers her time and expertise as a Board Member for Business High Point Chamber of Commerce. She is also on the Young Professionals Leadership Council for Big Brother Big Sisters, and has participated as a Big Sister in the program since 2015.
Dailey has been the recipient of Truliant’s Bonita Hauser Philosophy in Action Award, Triad Business Journal’s Forty Under Forty Award, and in 2019 was named Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Piedmont’s “Big of the Year” Award.
