    How do I register or sign up for Online Banking? You will need your member number and your current Online Banking PIN to access Online Banking for the first time. If you do not have a PIN, please call us or visit one of our Member Financial Centers. Once you log in for the first time, you will be asked to choose a new password for your Online Banking account.

    How can I contact Truliant via email? You may send us a secure email in Online Banking by clicking on the Support tab and then clicking the Email Us link. For general questions, you may use this form.

    How do I make payments on my Truliant credit cards or loans in Online Banking? You can make payments by transferring funds from your checking or savings account to your credit card or loan account.Member Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm EST, Friday from 7:30 am - 6 pm EST, and Saturday from 9 am - Noon EST.

    Can I make a principal-only payment on my Truliant mortgage in Online Banking? Principal-only payments are not available in Online Banking. Call us during business hours to make a principal-only payment for your mortgage.

    How do I order checks online? You can order checks by choosing the Additional Services tab and then selecting the Check Order form. You will need the starting check number for your order. Please contact us if this is your very first check order or if you would like to make changes to your checks before ordering.

    What is online check imaging? Check imaging allows you to view a front and back image of your check online in Online Banking. 

    How does check imaging work? It's very simple to use.

    • In Online Banking, click your account name, basic checking for example, to access your history
    • Click on the check number
    • The front and back image of the check will be displayed in a new window

           Please note that the time required to display a check image can vary and depends
           on a variety of factors such as computer speed, Internet connection, modem speed, etc.

    Can I print a check image? Yes. Click on the printer icon located in the right corner of your check image box.

    How long are checks available for viewing? Checks are available for a period of 80 days from the date of processing.

    Why do I get a message that my check image is not available and the check is less than 80 days old?  Check items may not be available for viewing in online banking if the following conditions exist:

    • The check has been torn
    • There was an issue with the MICR line
    • Account number is invalid
    • Electronic check or check by phone

    The check image is not available, but I need a copy of the check. How do I request a copy? Email your request for a check copy using the Email Us link in Online Banking. Don't forget to include the check number and where you want the check sent in the message.

  • Q.  Why is Truliant updating their online banking and m.truliantfcu.org design?
    A.  To allow access to our full online banking website across multiple devices and window screen sizes, thus allowing access to services that were not available to m.truliantfcu.org users.

    Q.  I have m.truliantfcu.org saved in my favorites; can I still use that link?
    A.  Yes, and you will be greeted with a new login and a new design.

    Q.  Can you still hide / rename accounts in OLB? 
    A.  Yes. Click on the blue "settings" icon on the yellow "accounts" bar. In addition, you may reorder your accounts the way you want to view them.
     
    Q.  How can I make a transfer?
    A.  In a smaller window view, choose "transfers" from the navigation bar under "Move Money." In a larger window view, choose "Transfers" on the yellow accounts bar or on the navigation bar under "Move Money."

    Q.  Where can I see my account details?
    A.  The "See Account Details" option has moved from the right of the screen to "Account Details," under the account name on the history page. Transfer – Export – Print are now buttons under account details

    Q.  Will the online banking design change impact the Tru2Go Mobile Application? 
    A.  We are not updating the Tru2Go Mobile App design at this time.

    Q.  What devices can I use on the full website?
    A.  Online banking will be resized to accommodate devices such as:
    • Android phones & tablets
    • iOS phones & iPad
    • Kindle Fire
    • other Smartphone and tablet devices
